Budget cuts don't mean cutting services. We will only trim the fat.
These geezers aren't working or burning up calories in a wheelchair.
A home worker could come by like the "plant lady" in an office building and feed them every weekend on Saturday. Saturday only feedings would allow Sunday only assisted bathroom breaks. They don't have anything to do anyway, so on Sunday you park em in front of the TV and make sure they have fresh batteries in the remote control.
And I suppose you have nerve enough to call that abuse.
